The mystery of the sugar man, a documentary in English subtitled. Exciting.. make a must-watch for all teens, this is a wonderful lesson of life, mirror of life, very much alive. I find this DVD very well done, the exercises (in 2 levels, "easy" and "intermediate") are very well explained, Sara is very encouraging and makes you want to apply. As for the DVD "Pilates for dummies", the dubbing is not perfect, but then again this is not a DVD of great movies, therefore, this is not serious!!!
